The course will enable participants to apply to principles of design thinking to enhance safety in the workplace. Participants will be able to create and foster a culture of safer work environments by taking a user-centric and proactive approach to safety challenges.
The participant will be able:- Understand the principles of design thinking and their application to safety.
- Develop a user-centric approach to safety in the workplace.
- Identify safety concerns and analyse potential risks in work environments.
- Generate creative safety solutions through ideation process.
- Prototype new safety measures and systems
- Test safety solutions for effectiveness.
- Foster and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
